RTI Hotel Supply has been in business since 1989. The company was founded by Robert Perlman and Pete Pelaez, both of whom recognized a need to provide specialized procurement services to the hospitality industry.

“I felt that if we could do the work to find the best sources for hotel products and then leverage our buying power to negotiate the best prices, we would be providing a valuable service,” Robert says. “Our goal with each of our hotel customers is to become an extension of their purchasing department.”

Working along with Robert and Pete is the RTI Hotel Supply account service team which consists of knowledgeable sales executives, most of whom have extensive experience in the hospitality industry. They get to know the needs of our customers and delight in offering personalized service.

RTI’s corporate headquarters are located in Miami, Florida. Also in Miami is the company’s 18,000 sq. ft. warehouse and 3,000 sq. ft. showroom. To service its many customers in Latin America and the Caribbean, RTI Hotel Supply also has offices in Honduras, Guatemala and Cancun, Mexico.
